Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. 5702/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2016, titled “Probing the effect of different extraction techniques for the formulation of polyphenol based dietary intervention to modulate various metabolic syndromes” with the following terms and conditions.

Honorarium: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Contract duration: 2 year
Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons.)/MS or equivalent in Human Nutrition & Dietetics/Food Science & Technology
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the Dietary intervention based studies with special references to phytochemicals will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.
Project information: The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
