Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following two positions in the Department of Environmental Sciences, under The ILSI RESEARCH FOUNDATION project No. BRPGP006-13, titled “Linking Cry-protein persistence with microbial diversity, enzymatic activity, nutrient cycling and gaseous emissions in soils under Bt cotton in Punjab” with the following terms and conditions.

Honorarium: Rs. 10,000/- per month per post (Consolidated) Qualification: M.Sc/M.Phil Environmental or related sciences/engineering Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the soil biogeochemical analyses, soil microbiology, greenhouse studies, and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field soil sampling, lab incubations, biochemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing. Project information: The project duration is 12 months. The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
