Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. 8074, titled “Impact of food processing technologies on production of bioactive peptides and its Bio-functional characterization in reference to inflammation” with the following terms and conditions.
Post name: Research Assistant (1)
Honorarium: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year (extendable to one more year)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons.)/MS or equivalent in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science & Technology / Food Technology, and PhD student must enrolled in Department of Food Science, Government College University Faisalabad.
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to novel processing technologies and proteins chemistry with report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project report and writing new proposals.
Project information: The above position is purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
