Positions Vacant: Research Associate and Field Assistant

Applications are invited for the posts of Research Associate and Field Assistant under research project no. 20-1620/R&D/10 funded by Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, entitled “Extinct Bovids from the Dhok Pathan Formation of the district Chakwal in the Siwaliks of northern Pakistan”
Candidates are required to possess for the post of Research Associate
The candidate must possess the degree of B.S (Hons)/M. Sc. Zoology/Wildlife from any organization preferably in the Government College University, Faisalabad.
The Candidate should possess two first divisions and no 3rd division in the academic career.
The preference will be given to M. Phil scholar of Government College University, Faisalabad.
The candidate must have known how about paleontology.
The candidate must not be engaged in any Government or Private Job.
The candidate will be appointed for two years @ Rs.13,000/ month lump sum (without any credit in case of additional qualifications).
After appointment the candidate must follow the GCUF-HEC and provincial Government employment rules. However he will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
Institute Reserve the rights to decrease seats.

Candidates are required to possess for the post of field assistant
The candidate must possess Matric with Science.
The candidate will be appointed for two years @ Rs.6, 000/ month lump sum (without any credit in case of additional qualifications) for part time and already working person in the department of Zoology, Wildlife and Fisheries will be preferred.
After appointment the candidate must follow the GCUF-HEC and provincial Government employment rules. However he will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
