Applications are invited from qualified, competent, motivated, and innovative, goal oriented & committed professionals (Pakistani Nationals) for the following positions at Government College, University Faisalabad

1- Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

Tenure: Three (03) Years, Not Extendable.

Age: 40-50 Years, with age relaxation as per Government Rules.

Domicile: Punjab

Qualification:

• Ph.D. in any discipline from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute or Public Sector Organization.

OR

• MS or M.Phil. in any discipline or 18 years education from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute or Public Sector Organization.

OR

• MA or M.Sc. in any discipline or 16 years education at least in 2nd division from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute or Public Sector Organization.

2- Treasurer (BPS-20)

Tenure: Three (03) Years, Not Extendable.

Age: 35-50 Years. 

Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Eight years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent in relevant field.

OR

•  MS or M.Phil. in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing  or Economics  equivalent 18 years education in the field of Accounts & Audit from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC ; and
• Ten years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent experience in relevant field.

OR

• MBA (Finance) or M.Com. or ACCA or ACMA or M.Sc. Economics or equivalent 16 years education at least in 2nd division form a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Twelve years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Instructions

• The latest prescribed Application & Bio-data Form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and should be submitted along with demand draft of Rs.3000 / in favour of the Treasurer, GC University Faisalabad.
• Duly filled in application forms, supported with attested copies of educational testimonials / experience certificates, CNIC, three recent photographs and an updated CV should be sent to the Recruitment Cell
• The applicant must attach equivalence certificate (where applicable) issued by the HEC or any other Competent Agency /Authority, with the Application Form.
• Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government,  and Autonomous Bodies (Including GCUF Employees) must apply through proper channel along with NOC and attach Service
• Certificate(s) issued from their Controlling Authority / Head of Institution/ Organizations by due date, otherwise their Applications shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
• The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application Form with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
• Incomplete or the applications received after due date will not be entertained.
• The candidate already in Service must apply through proper channel by the due date ( Proforma of Departmental Permission Certificate is attached with the Job Application Form)
• The University reserves the rights not to fill / withdraw the post without giving any reason.
• The applications, along with all the supporting documents, are required on Prescribed Form in triplicate.
• The scrutiny of the applications by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible/ on merit/ short listed candidates shall be called for interview / informed.
• Complete applications must reach in the Recruitment Cell, Registrar Office Government College University, Faisalabad not later than 15.03.2022.

Note: 

• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and short listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with  policy / procedure laid down by the University.
• The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic message.
• No TA/DA would be admissible when called for interview.
