Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Institute of Home & Food Sciences under Thematic Research Grant Programme by HEC, Project No. NO. 6(05)/ACAD/SS&H/HEC/2018/77, titled “The effects of Vegetable fat Vs Animal fat based dairy consumption on growth and development of school going children: scientific evidences for regulatory authorities and dairy industry in Punjab” with the following terms and conditions.

Honorarium: Rs. 20,000/- per month
Contract duration: 12 months
Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science & Technology / Food Technology, and MS student must enrolled in Department of Food Science, Government College University Faisalabad.
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the milk proteins and immunoreactivity and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.
Project information: The project remaining duration is 12 months. The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
