Registrar (BPS-19)
Qualification & Experience: MA/MSc/MPA, at least 2nd division, 8 years teaching / administrative experience, or M.Ed (with specialization in Educational Management and Planning) at least 2nd class, 18 years teaching / administrative experience.
Age Limit: 45-55 (age relaxable in exceptional cases)
Note: As per the policy of Government the appointment of Registrar shall be made for a period of three (03) years.
Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)
Qualification & Experience: M.A/M.Sc./M.COM, at least 2nd division, 18 years teaching/ administrative experience, including 3 years experience in a Board or University in the same capacity.
Age Limit: 45-55 years
Note:- As per the policy of Government the appointment of Controller of Examinations shall be made for a period of three (03) years.
The following Positions of Additional Registrar (BPS-19) are temporary (likely to become permanent).
Additional Registrar (BPS-19)

Qualification & Experience: Master Degree or Equivalent at least 2nd division with 08 years teaching / administrative experience out of which 4 year working experience as Deputy Registrar in a recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit: 35-55 Year
Instructions:
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and shall be submitted with demand draft of Rs. 2500/- for Registrar (BPS-19), Controller of Examinations (BPS-19) and Additional Registrar (BPS-19) in favour of the Treasurer, GC University, Faisalabad. However, the applicants desiring to have form through post, may obtain the same on written request alongwith self-addressed envelope of large size with Rs. 30/- postage stamps. The duly filled in application forms must be supported with attested copies of educational testimonials / experience certificates, CNIC, two recent photographs and an updated CV.
- The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on plain papers, accompanied by recent CV alongwith attested copies of degrees / testimonials and experience certificates, CNIC & two receiving photographs.
- Incomplete or the applications received after due date will not be entertained.
- The University reserves the rights not to consider any application or fill the post without giving any reason.
- The applications are required on prescribed form in triplicate.
- The candidates already in Service must apply through proper channel by the due date.
