Department of Law, Government College University Faisalabad organized a Two Days Conference on The Theory and Practice of the Rule of Law in Pakistan on June 5-6, 2015 in Resource Center Muree. Eminent personalities from bureaucracy, police, armed forces, lawyers, judges of Supreme Court and High Court participated in the conference. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, Vice Chancellor Government College University Faisalabad presided the conference. In other distinguished guests, Khurram Latif Khosa, Bahadur Ali Khan (District and Session Judge Rawalpindi), Mr. Ashtar Ausaf Ali (Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights), Muhammad Maqbool Bajwa (Judge Lahore High Court), Prof. Dr. Zia-ul-Qayyum (Vice Chancellor University of Gujrat, Syed Dilawar Abbas Shah (Ex-IG Punjab) and Abul Hassan Najmi (Secretary Law) were included.
