As the Summer Vacation, 2017 has been announced from 05-06-2017 to 14-08-2017, vide Notification No.GCUF/Add.Reg/17/619 dated 02-06-2017, it is to clarify that:
iii) Following categories of University employees shall not avail summer vacation:
Incharge officers/ Heads of all the faculties, institutes & directorates, teaching & non-teaching departments and offices:
TTS/IPFP faculty members, as they are continuously involved in the research activities, projects and research supervisions etc...;
Such faculty members, who have been assigned some administrative assignments by the respective department/University;
All categories of non-teaching staff (including Research officers,Research Associates & Teaching Assistants etc..).
iv) A faculty member cannot decide to avail ot not avail summer vacation, on his/her own accord.
This issues with the approval of Vice Chancellor
