Whereas, an inquiry was initiated against you under the provisions of PEEDA Act 2006 vide No. GCUF/VC/15/2358 dated 03-03-2015 on account of willful absence from duty since 16-12-2014.
And Whereas, you were being directed to appear before the undersigned / Inquiry Officer vide No. GCUF/TR/15/15377 dated 18-03-2015 but you failed to comply and did not appear before the undersigned / Inquiry Officer
And Whereas, two subsequent reminder notices were issued to you on your given address vide No. GCUF/TR/15/15676 dated 27-03-2015 and No. GCUF/TR/15/16145 dated 09-04-2015 but you did you did not reply to any notices as yet.
Now therefore, you are once again directed through this public notice to appear before the undersigned / Inquiry Officer and furnish your defense within seven days of this publication. Failure to which ex-parte action will be taken against you and no excuse will be entertained thereafter.
