2017 Independence Day Schedule

Consequent upon the approval of the Vice Chancellor, it is hereby notified that the University hall remain open on 14-08-2017 to celebrate the Independence Day of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Accordingly, it is mandatory for all the faculty members to participate in the Flag Hoisting ceremony, As per schedule given below: Venue: Entrance of Quaid-e-Azam Auditorium, New Campus
Arrival of faculty members & staff: 08:30 am
Arrival of Chief Guest: 08:45 am
Qirat & Naat: 08:48 am
Dramatic Pause 08:58 am
Flag Hoisting: 09:00 am
National Anthem 09:01 am
March Past by the Security Guards: 09:07 am
Venue: Quaid-e-Azam Auditorium, New Campus
Sufiyana Kalaam, Drama, Milli Naghma, Mime, Address of the Chief Guest and Refreshment 09:30 am to 11:30 am
Note: 1. All the Deans, Chairperson and Incharge Officers are requested to please ensure the presence of faculty members of their respective faculties & departments at the venue; 2. All the participants are directed to please wear the National Flag badge on their dresses; 3. The Public Relations Officer is requested to please ensure the appropriate media coverage of the event.
