Application Forms & Eligibility
- Application forms can be obtained from the office of O.S.A. 10 Yousaf Block, GCUF on payment.
- Forms duly completed will be handed over to the President Election.
- The applicants must be registered member of the association.
- All the dues must be paid up and verified by finance Secretary.
- An attested copy of the ID card will be attached.
- The age restriction is as under:-
