Whereas, you requested for 120 days leave on half pay which was not accepted by the authorities due to serious security problems.
And whereas, you are absent from duty w.e.f 12-01-2015 and an explanation letter was issued to you vide No. GCUF/REG/PB/15/9504 dated 12-02-2015 but you failed to reply to aforementioned letter.
And Whereas, the following reminder notices have been issued to you on your given address:
GCUF/REG/PB/15/8948 dated 27-02-2015
GCUF/REG/PB/15/9558 dated 12-03-2015
GCUF/REG/PB/15/9597dated 03-04-2015
But you failed to respond to any of the above mentioned notices.
Now therefore, you are once again directed through this public notice to furnish your defense within seven days of this publication. Failure to which action will be taken against you in terms of Section 7 of PEEDA Act, 2006 and no excuse will be entertained thereafter.
