Students provisionally selected by Ehsaas ISAC Committee and after approval by the Vice Chancellor for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship program Phase-II FY 2020-21 are directed to open their Bank Account in preferable HBL and any others Banks as directed by HEC, Coordinator Ehsaas Scholarship, under Ehsass Program submitted following attested documents to the Students’ Financial Aid Office:
- Fee voucher of last 02 semesters.
- Copy of result notification of last semesters (Examination result)
- Copies of CNIC & student card
- CNIC copy of Father/Guardian
- Bonafide Student certificate from concerned department
- Students Deed of Agreement (to be executed on Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper)
- Scholarship Award Letter
- Source of Funds — Family Income Certificate
As per instructions given by HEC, Do not release the funds to the students who have been Dropped/cancelled/left studies or are availing/being selected for any other scholarship.
Students are also instructed to submit their complete documents to the Students Financial Aid Office by deadline 15-07-2021. Incomplete documents will not be accepted.
