The awardees under captioned program are informed to collect their Acknowledgment Sheet and submit their following documents mentioned below should be submitted to the Students' Financial Aid Office on or before 12-08-2021.

1. Bonafide Certificate from Department
2. Copy of CNIC & student card
3. Previous Semester Result Cards
4. Last semesters paid  fee vouchers
5. Scholarship Feedback Form
6. Rs. 5/- revenue ticket
7. Copy of Cheque Book (For Bank Account Number)
