The following HEC Needs Based Scholarship already awardees who did not submitted their documents are hereby advised to provide the necessary undertaking(s)/deed on judicial paper of Rs. 50/- for their next installment.
The following attested documents should be attached with their undertaking form.
- Fee voucher of last 02 semesters.
- Copy of result notification of last two semesters
- Copies of CNIC & student card
- CNIC copy of Father/Guardian
- Scholarship feedback form with Rs. 5/- Revenue Ticket
- Copy of Cheque Book (For Account Number)
Students are instructed to submit their complete documents to concerned Students Financial Aid Office through courier by deadline 06-08-2020.
Incomplete documents/ documents by hand/ personally delivered to this office will not be accepted.
