The following HEC Needs Based Scholarship already awardees who did not submitted their documents are hereby advised to provide the necessary undertaking(s)/deed on judicial paper  of Rs. 50/- for their next installment.

The following attested documents should be attached with their undertaking form.

1. Fee voucher of last 02 semesters.
2. Copy of result notification of last two semesters
3. Copies of  CNIC & student card
4. CNIC copy of Father/Guardian
5. Scholarship feedback form with Rs. 5/- Revenue Ticket
6. Copy of Cheque Book (For Account Number)

Students are instructed to submit their complete documents to concerned Students Financial Aid Office through Dak/Courier by deadline 27-08-2020.

Incomplete documents/ documents by Hand/ personally delivered to this office will not be accepted.
