The following awardees are hereby advised to provide the necessary undertaking(s) on judicial paper Rs. 50/-before 29-02-2016.
The following attested documents should be attached with their undertaking form.
Fee voucher of last semesters.
Copy of result notification of last semesters
One CNIC & student card copies of the Student
CNIC copy of Father/Guardian and two witnesses
Bonafied certificate from concerned department
Scholarship feedback form with Revenue ticket
The scholarship payment will however, be released subject to availability of funds.
