Sealed tenders (under single stage two envelope method) are invited from well reputed firms/contractors, who are registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments as Active Tax Payers for supply of food services. Tender documents may be purchased from the Estate Care Department-I’s Office for Main Campus and from the Estate Care Department-II’s Office for New Campus upon payment of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of a bank draft in the name of Treasurer GCUF. Bids in complete conformity with tender documents shall be sent (through Courier) to the Convener Canteen Committee in GCUF, latest by 02-03-2023 before 11:00 Hours which shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours.

NOTE: Documents submitted “by hand” shall not be accepted.

The Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as detailed above in form of a CDR/Bank Draft in original that will be retained till termination of the contract. However, bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be released within stipulated time.

Initially the contracts will be for one year which may be extended annually (max. upto 5 years) upon satisfactory performance reported by the canteen committee and with annual 10% increase (after each completed year) in rent.
