TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Auction will be held on 06-03-2024 at 12:00pm in the Government College University Faisalabad (old campus).
- The bidders are required to submit their proposals in sealed envelope by11:30am on the auction date.
- Auctionable goods can be seen in University Campuses during official Hours 08:00 to 04:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Auction Documents can be obtained from the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control during official hours, one day before Auction Date.
- The willing participants are required to submit Lot wise Earnest Money Security in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/ Bank Guarantee in favour of “Treasurer Government College University Faisalabad” in sealed envelope. The participants who wish to participate in all lots can submit combined Bid Security in single Draft.
- Earnest money shall be refundable to the un-successful bidders.
- Withholding tax @10% (Filer) and 20% (Non-Filer)will be charged in addition to bid price.
- Successful bidders will have to deposit 1/4thor 25% of the total bid amounts on the same day.
- Successful bidders will have to pick the auctioned items within stipulated time period, failing which their offer(s) will be cancelled and earnest money will be forfeited.
- The successful bidder for (Lot No.02 Item No.02) Solved Answer Sheets will be legally bound to sale the solved answer sheets directly to Paper Mill and will an affidavit on stamp paper to the University in this regard; otherwise, earnest money will be forfeited.
- The successful bidder for (Lot No.02 Item No.02) Solved Answer Sheets will be bound to lift these goods from sub-campuses/colleges of GCUF located in different cities at his own cost.
- GCUF employees including their blood relatives are not eligible to participate in this auction.
