Hiring of Consultancy Services for Carrying out Third Party Validation

1. The Government College University, Faisalabad intends to hire the services of Consultant Firm/ Firms for Carrying out Third Party Validation of the following projects:

2)         The firms should submit complete information/ data in accordance with guide lines/ requirements of P&D Department Government of Punjab. 3)         A complete bid including Technical & Financial Proposals each in separate envelop be submitted. 4)         TOR’s are available to all eligible bidders and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours from the date of publication in newspapers & uploading on Government College University, Faisalabad and PPRA (Punjab) websites on prescribed payment. 5)         In case of closed/ forced holidays, tender receiving/ opening time/date will be considered as the next working day. The Committee shall have the right of rejecting the tenders as per PPRA rules. 6)         The Bids should reach in the office of the undersigned on 19-06-2017 up to 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM. 7)         Bids must be accompanied @ 2% of quoted cost as earnest money in shape of CDR in the name of Project Director.
