- The Government College University, Faisalabad intends to hire the services of Consultant Firm / Firms for Carrying out Third Party Validation of the following projects.

- The firms should submit complete information / data in accordance with guide lines/ requirement of P&D Department Government of Punjab.
- A complete bid including Technical & Financial Proposals each in separate envelop be submitted.
- TOR’s are available to all eligible bidders and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours from the date of publication in newspaper & uploading on Government College University, Faisalabad and PPRA(Punjab) website payment.
- In case of closed / forced holidays , tender receiving / opening time/ date will be considered as the next working day. The Committee shall have the right of rejecting the tenders as per PPRA rules.
- The Bides should reach in the office of the undersigned on 07-12-2017 up to 11:00AM and bids will be opened on same day at 11:30AM.
- Bids must be accompanied @ 2% of quoted cost as earnest money in shape of CDR in the name of Project Director Government College University , Faisalabad.
