Applications are invited from interested contractors/firms/companies duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2019-20 with relevant Codes, having valid NTN and PST numbers for enlistment with the Engineering Cell of Government College University, Faisalabad to undertake different works which mainly includes new buildings, roads, allied infrastructure, maintenance/ up-gradation/ furnishing works and any other works required for the university from time to time at all Campuses/ Sub-Campuses.
The following information/ documents shall be furnished along with application addressed to the undersigned on or before January 22, 2020.
- Name of firm/contractor with year of establishment, partnership deed (if any), full address and contact detail of authorized person along with email and telephone numbers.
- List of technical staff available with firm/contractors showing the proof of their engagement with the firm along with one page brief CV and PEC Reg. Nos.
- Financial Statement of the firm/contractor clearly indicating credit worth of the firm and/or certificate from Bank to confirm the financial soundness of the firm.
- List of works completed and certified construction experiences (if any) with name and address of the client, cost of the work, completion period and performance certificate from the Client as per work order.
- List of tools, plants and machinery available with the firm with the valid proof of ownership.
- Detail of litigation (if any) and an undertaking on judicial paper that the firm was never blacklisted by any of Govt. or Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private organization etc.
- Any additional information the firm might like to furnish in support of their application.
Applicant must provide a Bank Draft amounting RS. 3,000/- (Non-refundable) as processing fee in favor of Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad. Contractors already enlisted by the university have to submit a fresh application. Incomplete/ conditional applications will not be entertained. University reserves the right to accept or reject any application as per relevant PPRA rules.
