Government College University Faisalabad invites sealed bids from reputed Contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2021 in category C-2 or above for below mentioned construction work

- Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelopes (SSTE)" procedure as per Clause-38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rule-2014
- The bid shaft be a single package consisting of two separate envelopes, containing separately the financial and technical proposals.
- The envelopes shall be marked as "Financial proposal” and “Technical Proposal"
- In the first instance technical proposal shall be opened and evaluated as per criteria given in bidding documents.
- After the technical evaluation and approval of the technical proposal, tender opening committee of GCUF will open the financial bids only of the technically responsive bidders on the date, time and venue communicated later.
- Pre-bid meeting will be held on 27-05-2021 at 11.00 a.m at site office New Campus, GCUF.
- The bidders shall bid for complete scope of work as specified in bidding documents. Incomplete bids or bids covering partial scope of work will be rejected.
- The acceptance / rejection of bids shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules - 2014.
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from University website (www.gcuf.edu.pk) and PPRA website after publication in the newspapers.
- Technical proposal must be accompanied with tender fee in shape of Pay order / Bank Draft of Rs.15,000/-(Non-refundable) from any scheduled bank in favor of Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad.
- Financial proposal must be accompanied by a bid security i.e 2% of estimated cost (Refundable) in shape of irrevocable bank guarantee or CDR of the amount specified from any scheduled bank in favor of Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad
- The last date for submission of technical / financial proposal to the undersigned is up to 07-06-2021 during office working hours through registered courier / postal services only.
